Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (9-inch) unbaked pie shells
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. margarine, softened
2 eggs
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. skim milk
1/4 c. granulated sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients and mix well with a hand beater on medium speed.
Pour filling into pie shells and bake for 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes longer.
