Marinated Tomatoes(Servings: 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large tomatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 large garlic clove, minced
    1 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
    2 sprigs fresh thyme, chopped
    1 sprig fresh marjoram, chopped
    1 Tbsp. minced scallion
Preparation
    Place tomato slices in serving bowl.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over tomatoes.
    Toss lightly.
    Chill for 1 hour or longer before serving.
