French Coconut Pie * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. coconut
    1 pie shell, unbaked
Preparation
    Blend together butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beat well.
    Mix in milk, vanilla and coconut.
    Pour into unbaked 8-inch pie shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until delicately brown.
