Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, Crisco and baking powder.
Take out 1 cup for top.
Mix milk, eggs and vanilla.
Add to dry mixture and mix. Makes 2 cakes in 9-inch pans.
