Lo-Cal Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. hot water
    1 pkg. sugar-free lemon Jell-O
    16 oz. cottage cheese
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    10 oz. lite Cool Whip
    1 graham cracker crust
Preparation
    In a blender, combine hot water and Jell-O until well blended. Add 1 cup cottage cheese and blend.
    Add lemon juice and blend. Add remaining cottage cheese and blend well.
    Pour into a bowl. Stir in Cool Whip and pour into crust.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours. You may substitute lime Jell-O and lime juice.
