    shoyu or oyster sauce
Preparation
    Salt
    chicken inside and out.
    Place in

    shoyu or oyster sauce. Place in oven.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 (that's
    right, 475\u00b0) for 45 minutes.
    You can make a nice gravy
    with
    the
    drippings. This is a fast dish when you're in a hurry.
