Texas Style Shrimp And Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 can tomato wedges
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 tsp. liquid hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Cook onion and green pepper in butter until onion is tender; stir in cornstarch and salt.
Fold in tomato wedges, catsup and hot pepper sauce.
Cook over low heat until sauce is thickened, stirring frequently.
Add shrimp and heat thoroughly.
To serve, spoon shrimp sauce over cornbread.
