Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sauerkraut
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    In large bowl combine the first four ingredients.
    Pour sugar over and mix well.
    Cover and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
