Ingredients

4 large eggs, lightly beaten
2 c. milk
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Add eggs, milk and melted margarine to dry ingredients.
Do not overbeat.
Pour batter on hot crepe skillet.
Tilt to spread to shape and cook 1 minute and flip.
Serve with sugar, whipping cream, fresh fruit or just butter and cinnamon sugar.
Serves 4.
