Ingredients

5 egg yolks
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
3/4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. ground pistachio nuts (for decoration)
Preparation

Beat egg yolks until creamy.
Add sugar and vanilla.
Beat thoroughly.
Add walnuts and mix with a wooden spoon.
Line cookie sheet with wax paper.
Drop batter by teaspoonful onto paper, 2 1/2-inches apart.
Decorate each with small amount of pistachios. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
