Baked Trout - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fillet trout per person
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    chopped celery to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Spray foil with Pam.
    Place fish on foil; add seasonings. Close foil tightly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 (preheated oven) for 30 minutes. Open foil; broil for a few minutes.
    Great over charcoal. Cooking times vary on thickness of fish.
