Beef And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    onion, thinly sliced
    bell pepper, sliced
    Irish potatoes, thinly sliced
    1 can celery soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Place in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Layer onion, bell pepper and potatoes over meat.
    Mix celery soup and sour cream and pour over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Top with Cheddar cheese and bake another 10 minutes.
