Sunday Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Dip chicken in butter, then roll in cracker crumbs.
    Place in 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 225\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    This is ideal to put in oven and bake while you're at church.
