Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1/2 lb. pork sausage (hot)
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    2/3 c. celery, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 c. raw oats
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2/3 c. tomato sauce (keep aside small amount for top)
    2/3 c. Pet milk
    1 egg
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and cook in 2 1/2-quart covered casserole for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Drain excess grease and let cool for 5 or 10 minutes.
