Crab Stuffed Jalapenos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. flaked crab meat
1 (1 lb. 11 oz.) can jalapeno peppers
2 Tbsp. each, finely chopped: green peppers, onions and dill pickles
1/4 c. cracker meal
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 c. milk
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Breading Mixture
Preparation

Cut peppers in half lengthwise.
Remove and discard pulp and seeds; rinse carefully.
In a large mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients, except for breading mixture.
Stuff peppers with crab mixture; press remaining stuffing around pepper.
Set aside to prepare breading mixture.
