Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced thin
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    5 Tbsp. flour
    5 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. milk
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    salt, pepper, parsley and pinch of nutmeg
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. sherry (dry)
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms, onion and celery in butter 15 minutes or until water evaporates.
    Add another 1 to 2 tablespoons butter; sprinkle flour over top.
