Mrs. Litke'S Seafood Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 green onions, sliced
8 to 10 snow peas, sliced
6 to 8 medium fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 lb. imitation crab meat
2 cans cream of celery soup, mixed with 1/2 can milk
basil
dill weed
lemon pepper
Preparation

Spray heavy pan with Pam.
Saute vegetables in a little oil for a few minutes, until tender.
Add celery soup mixed with milk. Lavish with basil, dill weed and lemon pepper.
Stir in crab meat. Simmer until vegetables are to desired tenderness.
Serve over rice.
Serves 4 to 6.
