Zesty New Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. new potatoes
    3 Tbsp. chopped scallions
    2 tsp. chopped parsley
    1/3 c. sliced celery
    1/4 c. prepared Good Seasons salad dressing
Preparation
    Boil unpeeled potatoes until just tender.
    Drain and cut in chunks. Add celery and scallions. Add salad dressing and toss lightly. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve warm or chilled.
    Makes 4 servings.
    Contains 180 calories each.
