Soy Sauce Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. chicken
    soy sauce or liquid smoke for barbecue flavor
Preparation
    Cut up\tchicken
    and
    place
    in a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Pour soy
    sauce
    on
    top.
    Bake
    at 400\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or microwave on Medium-high until done (9 to 10 minutes per pound, rest 5).
    Baste soy sauce on top of chicken to keep moist.
