Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. boneless chuck roast, cut in 1-inch cubes
    6 to 8 medium onions, chopped
    2 to 3 Tbsp. paprika
    salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste
    1 small can tomato paste
Preparation
    In a heavy Dutch oven, brown the meat lightly.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and cook slowly for 2 1/2 hours.
    Skim off the fat.
    Thicken with flour and water.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
