Liver Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. braunschweiger (room temperature)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
1/4 c. finely chopped dill pickle
1 Tbsp. each: grated onion and Dijon mustard
2/3 c. chopped parsley
Preparation

Mix
well braunschweiger, cream cheese,
pickle,
onion and Dijon style mustard.
Chill until firm
enough
to handle. With oiled hands shape in 1 or 2 logs.
Roll in parsley.
Wrap tight and refrigerate overnight.
