Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pecan halves
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg white
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat egg white and water together until foamy, but not stiff. Pour in pecans and stir until all are well moistened.
    Add mixture of sugar, salt and cinnamon to the pecans and stir until pecans are coated.
    Place on cookie sheet and bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
    Cool on waxed paper.
