Asparagus Entree - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 clove garlic, minced
    pepper
    2 c. asparagus, steamed and cut into 1 inch pieces
    6 eggs
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 lb. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms, onions and garlic in butter until soft.
    Add pepper and asparagus.
    In bowl, beat eggs; add rice and cottage cheese.
    Mix well and place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Spread vegetable mixture over top.
    Heat through; do not let dry out.
