Cranberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, room temperature
    6 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. orange juice
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    4 c. sliced or halved cranberries
    1 c. walnuts or pecans, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, cream butter with sugar.
    When light and fluffy, add eggs one at a time.
    In another bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
    Add to egg mixture alternately with juice, milk, vanilla, rind, cranberries and nuts. Line muffin tins with paper liners.
    Fill three-fourths full with batter.
    Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 to 385\u00b0 oven for 18 to 20 minutes or until muffins test done.
    Makes about 4 dozen.
