Sirloin With New Orleans Butter Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boneless sirloin steak (1 1/2 lb.)
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Preparation
    Dry the meat
    with
    a paper towel.
    Spread 1 tablespoon butter on both sides.
    Place in dish.
    Microwave on High for 1 minute. Turn meat over.
    Microwave
    on
    High
    1
    to 2 minutes longer depending
    on doneness desired (3 minutes for rare or 6 minutes for
    well done).
    Remove meat onto cutting board.
    Add remaining butter,
    lemon juice, parsley and Worcestershire to the pan, stirring.
    Microwave
    at High for 1 minute.
    Stir up juices from the dish.
    Pour over steak.
    Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
    Cut into thin slices to serve.
    Makes 4 servings.
