Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 c. cooked chicken, cubed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. water
    2 to 3 Tbsp. dry minced onion
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    4 to 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, sliced
    1 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Bring soup, water and onion to a boil in saucepan.
    Add rice; cover and let stand 10 minutes.
    Stir in the thawed broccoli. Prepare 2 to 2 1/2-quart casserole dish and put half of the mixture in it.
    Spread the chicken and cover with cheese.
    Put the remaining rice mixture on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until cheese comes to the top and browns.
