Fried Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fresh spinach, washed and trimmed
    5 garlic cloves
    2 to 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 egg
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Heat oil in large pot or skillet.
    Saute slivered garlic in oil; add spinach.
    Toss repeatedly 2 to 3 minutes, until spinach is wilted.
    Add beaten egg and toss thoroughly.
    Serve hot.
