Medium White Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add the flour.
    Blend.
    Add seasoning (remove saucepan from heat).
    Stir milk in slowly.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and thick.
