Mexican Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can cream-style corn (2)
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can green chili peppers (2)
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Mix corn, milk, oil and eggs; add dry ingredients.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour 1/2 batter.
    Spread half of the peppers and cheese, then repeat process.
    Bake 45 minutes at 400\u00b0.
