Green Chili Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans whole green chilies, drained
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Line pie plate with split green chilies.
Mix eggs and milk and spoon over chilies.
Top with cheese.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
Serve hot with crackers.
