No Sugar Fruit Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1/3 c. butter
    2 tsp. grated orange rind
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped dates
    1/2 c. chopped apples
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Cut in butter and stir in pineapple juice, orange rind, vanilla and egg.
    Add fruits and nuts.
    Drop by teaspoon, 2-inches apart, on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
