Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 lb. sausage
1 medium chopped potato
1 medium chopped onion
1/2 c. rice
1 medium can kraut
1 (64 oz.) can tomato juice
Preparation

For filling, mix hamburger, sausage, onion, potato, rice and kraut all together.
Set aside.
Put head of cabbage in boiling water until the leaves are wilted.
Separate the leaves.
Put the filling in the leaves, rolling up.
Pin together with toothpicks. Put rolls in large pot.
Pour tomato-juice over them.
Let set overnight.
Cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
