Fried Fish (Blue) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    1 can beer
Preparation
    Filet fish; remove skin and cut fish in small strips.
    Mix the batter of all ingredients and let fish marinate for better flavor. Cook fish in 1/2-inch of cooking oil at 350\u00b0 until done.
