My Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 small tart apples
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. apple pie spice
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    cloves to taste
    2 (9-inch) pie shells
Preparation
    Mix apples with flour, sugar and spices and stir.
    Heat water to just warm and add cornstarch and butter; pour over apples. Stir and put in 9-inch pie shell.
    (Use second pie shell for top of pie crust.)
    Bake 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
