Angel Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 egg whites
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. pecans, chopped

Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Blend in brown sugar and chopped pecans.
Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Drop cookie mix by spoonfuls onto parchment paper, spacing slightly to allow for spreading.
