Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage
    chopped green onions, green peppers, mushrooms (optional)
    1 1/2 c. to 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    6 slices bread, torn into small pieces
    12 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook and drain sausage.
    Put in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over sausage. Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake the next morning at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until center is done.
