Lemon Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. butter, softened
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 lemon rind, grated
juice of 1 lemon
Preparation

Combine butter and sugar, creaming until light and fluffy. Add eggs; beat well.
Combine dry ingredients and buttermilk, alternating to creamed mixture, beginning and ending with buttermilk.
Mix until moist.
Stir in lemon juice and rind and pecans.
