Pineapple Mint Coolers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade, thawed
    1 can pineapple juice
    1 (6 oz.) bottle club soda or Perrier sparkling water
    2 Tbsp. fresh mint leaves, chopped
Preparation
    Mix in 1/2 gallon pitcher; add to top with water (for concentrated lemonade).
    Pour over ice cubes or mix in blender with ice to make icee.
    Garnish with sprig of fresh mint.
    Great summer refresher.
