The Fudge Lady'S Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk (2/3 c.)
    1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine (3/4 c.)
    1 (7 oz.) jar Kraft Marshmallow Creme
    1 (12 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    1 c. black or English walnuts, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Spray an 11 x 17-inch pan with butter-flavored Pam and set aside.
