Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    2 Tbsp. curing salt (Tender Quick)
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. whole black pepper, crushed
    1/4 tsp. cayenne
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix well and form into 2 loaves.
    Wrap in heavy duty foil. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Place wrapped loaves in pan of cold water to cover.
    Boil 1 hour.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Wrap and chill.
    May be frozen.
