Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. sweet potatoes
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. nutmeg
    4 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 or 2 pie shells or prepared crusts
Preparation
    Peel and boil raw sweet potatoes, then mash.
    Add sugar, salt, spices, vanilla, lemon juice and melted butter.
    Beat eggs slightly and add to other ingredients, then add milk and mix thoroughly.
    Add additional spice seasoning to suit taste.
    Bake in pie shells at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
