Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cubed chicken
    2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. pimento
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cheese and potato chips.
    Toss lightly; spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Spread crushed potato chips and cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Yield:
    6 to 8 servings.
