Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
    6 oz. carton cottage cheese
    4 eggs
    1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
Preparation
    Melt margarine with onion. Thaw broccoli and drain.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Can add pimiento for color.
