Portuguese Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, cubed (trim off crusts)
    5 or 6 sausages (skinless)
    4 eggs
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Alternate layers of bread cubes, cheese and sausage in greased 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Mix rest of ingredients with lightly beaten eggs.
    Pour over the contents of dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
