Carrot-Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. finely grated raw carrots
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/4 c. raisins
Preparation

Beat eggs well, then add sugar and oil and beat until light. Mix flour, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in with egg mixture and stir until just moistened.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Turn into 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven about 1 1/4 hours.
Cool on wire rack 10 minutes, then remove pan and cool.
