Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large unpeeled potatoes, cut in wedges
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix together vegetable oil, Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, paprika and pepper.
    Brush on potatoes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes, brushing occasionally with the sauce.
