Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 loaves white or brown bread
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavor
6 large eggs
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. raisins or pecans
Preparation

Mix bread, vanilla, sugar, milk, nutmeg, cinnamon, margarine, raisins and nuts.
Beat eggs and mix with other mixture.
Spray biscuit pan with Mazola or Pam spray on bottom and all sides. Pour mixture into pan and bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 until pudding is done.
(Be sure pudding is brown on top.)
Serve hot or cold as desired.
