Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 egg yolks
2 c. boiling water
1 Tbsp. butter
1 baked pie shell
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, cornstarch and salt.
Add lemon juice and egg yolks.
Pour in 2 cups boiling water.
Put on medium-high burner to thicken, stirring constantly.
When thick, remove from heat and add butter.
Pour into pie shell and top with meringue made from egg whites and sugar.
Brown in hot oven.
