Sourdough Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. very warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 c. very warm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Mix together 1/2 cup very warm water and the yeast.
    Add 2 cups very warm water, sugar, salt and flour.
    Place in a gallon jar and let it sit at room temperature for 3 days.
    Stir once a day. Cover loosely, then use or refrigerate.
    As you use recipe, take 1 cup and add back 1/2 cup flour plus 1 cup lukewarm water and 1 teaspoon sugar.
    Let set out a day, then refrigerate.
