Hot Pepper Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

36 (8-inch) Hungarian hot wax peppers
1 qt. vinegar
1 qt. yellow mustard
5 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
2 c. water
Preparation

Wear gloves.
Grind up peppers.
Combine with vinegar, mustard and sugar.
Bring to a boil.
Mix flour and water until smooth and then add to pepper mixture.
Stir until thick.
Put in hot jars, boiling water bath for 15 minutes.
Yields 12 (12 ounce) jars.
